Dagestan to increase area for super-intensive gardens

This year, Dagestani farmers will lay about 240 hectares of super-intensive gardens, which is 20% more comparing to the previous year.

“Today, Dagestanis are betting on super-intensive gardens. Last year, 200 hectares were planted,” Sharip Sharipov, First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic said, Yeto Kavkaz reports.

In 2018 the share of super-intensive gardens in the republic was 6%, last year, it was already 30%. The state support amounts to 700,000 rubles per hectare.
