A native of Dagestan, Said Aligadjiev, was sentenced to four years in prison for participating in the activities of Daesh terrorist organization, the press service of the Prosecutor's Office of Krasnodar Territory reported.
"North Caucasus District Military Court, agreeing with the position of the state prosecutor of Prosecutor's Office of the region, passed a sentence against the native of Dagestan, Said Aligadzhiev. He was found guilty of committing a crime under Art. 205.5 Part 2 of the Criminal Code (participation in the activities of the organization, which, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, is considered terrorist)," RIA Novosti cites the report.
