Dagestani policeman to be tried for issuing licenses for weapons to his son

The former head of a district police department in Dagestan will be tried on charges of abuse of his office, the press service of the prosecutor's office of the republic announced.

"According to the investigation, the suspect illegally issued his minor son with a license for the acquisition, possession and carrying of weapons of self-defense,'' RIA Dagestan cites the service.
