The Board of Directors of OJSC ‘NK’ ‘Rosneft-Dagneft’ has sent recommendations to the company's shareholders to take a decision at the upcoming annual meeting on June 30th on cancellation of payment of dividends for 2015, the materials of the joint stock company reports.
The necessity for the measure is explained by the loss in the amount of 287.9 million rubles, Interfax reports.
