Armenia's acting emergency minister, David Tonoyan, will be appointed today as defense minister, the republic's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said.
"The decree will be signed today, and other ministers will be appointed very soon," ARKA cited the PM as saying.
Vigen Sargsyan served as defence minister from October 2016 until May 2018.
