Tbilisi Mayor Davit Narmania has referred to the final stage of the Peking Street rehabilitation at the Tbilisi government session..
He has focused on several issues including arrangement of the parking line, path for bicycles, bus line as well as turning the street as one-way.
"An additional initiative envisages arrangement of 50 parking spots separately. In total we will see 205 parking places at Peking Street and around it. There will also be a path for bikers and a separate bus line. As for turning it into a one-way street, at the moment traffic moves this way. If there are no obstacles, the street will remain one-way. I believe it will be more comfortable for our citizens and drivers," Davit Narmania has said, Interpressnews.ge reported.
