Georgian Foreign Minister Davit Zalkaliani met with the NATO Deputy Secretary General Rose Gottemoeller at the NATO headquarters.
During his visit, Zalkaliani addressed the meeting of the NATO-Georgia Commission as well.
At the meeting the participants discussed Georgia’s role and practical engagement in ensuring the Black Sea security.
The parties agree that the NATO-Georgia relations this week have yet again proved that Georgia has a special place in the political agenda of the Alliance, the Georgian Foreign Ministry said.
The ongoing NATO-Georgia Exercise were also highly assessed at the meeting, Agenda.ge reported.
