The Turkish authorities have expressed concern about the closure of the transport corridor from the Syrian city of Aleppo to the Turkish border.
"We are concerned about the threat to our security from Syria and Iraq due to the PKK and Daesh. We are concerned that the corridor between Turkey and Aleppo is closed, as it may increase the number of refugees,’’ Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said after a meeting with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg.
