The Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said that the ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) plans to present a draft for a new constitution to parliament by the end of April.
"Next month, no later than the end of April, we will present it to parliament. Parliamentary debates on the draft will be held in May-June" RIA Novosti cited him as saying.
