The Turkish government intends to develop a new concept of security after the terrorist attack in Ankara on February 17th, the Prime Minister of Turkey Ahmet Davutoglu said after a government meeting dedicated to the terrorist attack.
‘’We will strengthen the personnel, upgrade equipment. If two or three years ago in Ankara there were seven to ten water cannon, now there are 70. We will make the protection of the capital a priority. It is the center of all transport routes, so we will improve the safety not only of the city itself, but also of all the roads passing through it. We will take additional security measures in some provinces,’’ RIA Novosti quotes him as saying.
