Baku is to host Days of Dagestan for the first time on May 12-13th. Dagestan will present its economy, culture, traditions and history, as well as tourism potential, the head of the Dagestan Republic Ramazan Abdulatipov told Tass.
The opening ceremony of the Days of Culture of Dagestan in Azerbaijan is to begin at 7:00 PM on May 12th at the Heydar Aliyev Palace in Baku, Trend informs.
It was reported earlier that Abdullatipov planned to pay a visit to the capital of Azerbaijan on May 12-13th in order to meet with Azerbaijani officials, particularly, with Economy Minister Shahin Mustafayev, First Deputy Prime Minister Yagub Eyyubov, as well as Chairman of the Caucasian Muslims Office Sheikh ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazade.
