In the first half of 2015 the bailiffs of Dagestan arrested debtors' property worth more than 400 million rubles, more than 160 million rubles of which was pledged property. The results of the work were announced at the board of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia in Dagestan.
In just the first six months of 2015, more than 300 thousand enforcement proceedings were performed, more than 102 thousand were completed.
"The structural units of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia in Dagestan made 1210 arrests, which, on average, amounted to one seizure of 289 enforcement proceedings. The value of the seized property was 413 million 432 thousand rubles, of which 167 million 333 thousand rubles was mortgaged property," the Yuga portal cites the main bailiff of the Republic, Nizami Galimov.
