Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev has signed a decree to dissolve the lower house of the parliament.
As Vestnik Kavkaza previously reported, on Wednesday parliamentarians appealed to the head of state with a request for the dissolution of the House of the fifth convocation and to hold early elections "due to the aggravated economic situation in the country.''
