The Russian Defense Ministry has accused the Ukrainian intelligence agencies of kidnapping a Russian military officer, Viktor Barsukov.
According to the ministry, it happened today at around 6:00 am in the village of Chertkovo in the Rostov region. "His civilian brother Nikolay Barsukov was also kidnapped together with the Russian serviceman and brought to the territory of Ukraine," Tass cites the message.
Their relatives in Chertkovo informed the Defense Ministry about this incident.
