The Russian Defense Ministry has proposed to impose a fine of 50 thousand rubles for evading military training. Relevant amendments to the Code of Administrative Offences (CAO) and the law 'On mobilization preparations' were submitted for discussion today.
Recall that evaders of military service cannot be punished now in Russia.
