First deputy head of the Russian Defense Ministry, Ruslan Tsalikov, inspected the Caspian Flotilla in Dagestan today, the Ministry said.
It is noted that Tsalikov reviewed issues of development and modernization of flotilla's infrastructure.
Following the inspections, a decision to establish the department for modernization of infrastructure of the flotilla was made.
