The heads of the defense departments of France and Armenia held a meeting in Paris. The parties agreed to expand cooperation. Suren Papikyan and Sebastien Lecornu signed relevant agreements.
The meeting of the heads of the defense ministries of Armenia and France took place in Paris, the Armenian ministry informs.
According to the ministry, Sebastien Lecornu and Suren Papikyan discussed various issues of military and military-technical cooperation. The ministers touched upon the following topics:
- Armenia’s purchase of defensive systems from France
- Cooperation in the field of military education
- Training of personnel
- Security in the region, etc.
