A bill on fines for doping for athletes, coaches and doctors has been filed to the State Duma.
According to the text of the bill, the amount of the fine will be from 30,000 to 50,000 rubles.
It is known that the legislative initiative was made by the vice-speaker of the lower house of parliament, Igor Lebedev, and head of the Duma Committee on Physical Culture and Sport, Dmitry Svishchev, Tass reports.
