In addition, the diplomat explained that the Iranian deputy minister will hold talks with Deputy Russian Finance Minister Sergey Storchak.
"This is very important, because there are 40 billion dollars-worth of initialled projects, and there are contracts worth more than 2 billion dollars, signed during the Russian President's visit to Tehran. So it is necessary to finalize this process and sign a contract," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.
