Armenia's Defense Minister Vigen Sargsyan confirmed the resignation of the deputy chief of the general staff of the armed forces Haykaz Bagmanyan.
Sargsyan said Baghmanyan was asked to resign for the failure to comply with working arrangements, which he said is incompatible with the future service, ARKA reported.
