Today Deputy Minister of Justice Arsen Mkrtchyan was taken to the Nork-Marash medical center.
The official was diagnosed with a heart attack, after which he underwent bypass heart surgery.
Now Arsen Mkrtchyan is in the intensive care unit, his condition is stable, NEWS.am cites doctors as saying.
