Whenever it comes to the Khojaly tragedy, the Armenian side is afraid of the truth, the former Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Georgia and Moldova, Professor Namig Aliyev, said at the international conference dedicated to the humanitarian catastrophe, which occurred as a result of the Khojaly tragedy.
"Any aggression is suppressed by any military or diplomatic means. If international law proves that Azerbaijan has faced aggression, sooner or later Armenia will have to release these territories," the correspondent of Vestnik Kavkaza cited him as saying.
"When we observe the activity of the OSCE Minsk Group, we see that their position is different from the objective point of view, demonstrated by the Presidents of the countries they represent," the diplomat added.
