Employees of the Russian Consulate General in Istanbul are settling technical issues associated with the return of Sergey Ukhanov and his daughter, previously detained by Turkish police together with her mother, to Russia, press attache of the diplomatic mission Sergey Losev said.
Six-year-old Lisa can't the country due to a travel ban. She and her father remain at the Ataturk airport in Istanbul at the moment.
