Air carrier Azimut launches direct flights between Mineralnye Vody and Ganja. The start of flights is scheduled for mid-June.
Now it will be possible to get from Mineralnye Vody to the Azerbaijani city of Ganja by a direct flight. The Russian airline Azimut is launching direct flights on the route. The head of the Stavropol Territory, Vladimir Vladimirov, published the relevant information in his telegram channel.
“We are launching a new route from Mineralnye Vody airport. From June 13, a weekly direct flight of Azimut Airlines to Ganja, one of the largest cities in Azerbaijan, will be carried out. This will make logistics more convenient for Stavropol travelers and entrepreneurs, and will also help to increase the flow of tourists to our region,”
– Vladimir Vladimirov said.
According to Vladimirov, air traffic between the region and other states and settlements in Russia has doubled over the past decade.
He also added that the potential of the region’s airports has not reached the ceiling, despite the fact that over 5 mln passengers visited them last year.
