Dmitry Medvedev and Karim Massimov hold telephone conversation on Victory Day

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev and Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Karim Massimov held a telephone conversation today, the website of the Russian government reports.

"The heads of governments exchanged congratulations on victory in the Great Patriotic War," the report says.
