Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has arrived in Yerevan, where he will attend a regular session of the Inter-Governmental Council of the Eurasian Economic Union.
The first session in 2016 was to take place in Yerevan on April 7-8 but the organizers had to put it off in the wake of a sharp deterioration of tensions in the Nagorno-Karabakh region, TASS reports.
