Mechanisms to resolve the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, which has been going on for 20 years, have already been established and now we should use them, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said today in Baku.
"Unfortunately, the conflict has been continuing since 1994, and there are mechanisms, formats and proposals, as well as a group that deals with it. Now the most important thing is to use what we have worked out over the past years,'' RIA Novosti cites him as saying.
