The politician expressed his condolences to residents of Belgium and the whole of Europe. "We are dealing with a classic manifestation of terror. Terror is control through fear. The aim of the terrorists is to intimidate Europeans. To show that they cannot protect the center of Europe. Terrorism today has international roots. It is impossible to defeat it by the forces of one country. It is wrong to think that it can be sent to one or other side, and that terrorist attacks may take place only in one country and never affect another. Terrorism can be defeated only by working together," he stressed.
