Dollar – 68 rubles, euro — 77 rubles after talks in Doha

The dollar exchange rate against the ruble on the Moscow Stock Exchange rose by 2.27 rubles to 68.71 rubles in the course of trading on Monday, exceeding the 68-ruble mark, Tass reports.

The euro rose by 2.63 rubles to 77.58 rubles, exceeding 77 rubles.

On Monday, the price of the Brent crude futures contact with delivery in June 2016 fell by 5% to $40.98 per barrel on the ICE exchange in London.

Oil prices dropped sharply at the opening session on Monday night following the lack of agreement at the talks on oil production freeze in Doha on April 17.
