As of 14:17 pm, the dollar exchange rate increased by 1.85 rubles and was worth 79.16 rubles, the euro rose 2.12 rubles and was worth 86.38 rubles.
For some time the dollar and euro rates on the Moscow Exchange even reached a point of 79.85 rubles and 87.11 rubles, respectively.
