The dollar exchange rate dropped by 19.75 kopecks to 84.89 rubles at the opening of trading on the Moscow Exchange on Tuesday.
The euro exchange rate fell by 49.75 kopecks to 92.32 rubles.
Meanwhile, the Chinese yuan exchange rate rose by one kopeck to 11.74 rubles.
