The dollar and the euro exchanged rates briefly declined after the decision of the Bank of Russia to maintain its key rate at 10.5% per annum.
Thus, the dollar exchange rate before the publication of the release on the key rate (at 13.30) was 67.04 rubles, and after it dropped to 66.85 rubles.
The euro exchange rate was 74.47 rubles, and after the decision it dropped to 74.25 rubles. However, 20 minutes after the announcement of the meeting results the dollar and the euro leveled down this decline.
