The dollar to ruble exchange rate increased by 14 kopecks to 81.45 rubles at Moscow Exchange opening Tuesday.
The euro exchange rate increased by 25.75 kopecks to 89.41 rubles.
Meanwhile, the yuan exchange rate increased by 1.6 kopecks to 11.83 rubles.
