The dollar exchange rate fell by 10.75 kopecks to 90.31 rubles at the opening of the trading session on the Moscow Exchange on Tuesday.
The euro exchange rate rose by 16.5 kopecks and reached 99.62 rubles and the yuan rose by 3.4 kopecks to 12.52 rubles.
