The dollar exchange rate declined below 65 rubles during the today's trading on the Moscow stock exchange.
The dollar lost 0.62 rubles and was worth 67.11 rubles, while the euro lost 0.44 rubles and was worth 76.8 rubles on the Moscow exchange.
The strengthening of the ruble is due the increase in Brent oil price to $57.47 per barrel.
