The euro exchange rate surpassed 69 rubles during foreign currency trading on Moscow Exchange on Thursday for the first time since May 30, 2022, according to trading data.
As of 7:55 am Moscow time, the euro was up by 1.26% at 69.21 rubles.
By 8:05 am the euro exchange rate narrowed gains to 1.11% trading at 69.1 rubles. Meanwhile the dollar exchange rate was up by 1.05% at 64.66 rubles, while the yuan exchange rate was up by 1.01% at 9.25 rubles.
