The dollar exchange rate increased by 0.5 kopecks to 96.55 rubles at the opening of trading on the Moscow Exchange on September 19.
The euro exchange rate fell by 13.5 kopecks to 102.92 rubles and the yuan exchange rate remained unchanged at 13.21 rubles.
