The dollar exchange rate declined 16.25 kopecks to reach 97.24 rubles at the opening of trading on the Moscow Exchange on Tuesday morning.
There were no deals in the euro at the opening.
The Chinese yuan exchange rate rose by 0.3 kopecks to 13.301 rubles.
