The dollar has overcome the level of 76 rubles on the Moscow stock exchange today. The euro rose more than 3 rubles and it is now trading at 83.97 rubles.
The MCSE index decreased by 2.5% at the opening of trading, the RTS index fell by 2.7%, TASS reports.
