The dollar exchange rate remained unchanged at 91 rubles at the opening of trading on the Moscow Exchange on Tuesday.
The euro exchange rate dropped by 22 kopecks to 101.9 rubles.
The Chinese yuan exchange rate rose by 0.8 kopecks to 12.682 rubles.
