U.S. President Donald Trump landed today at Ben Gurion International Airport, where he was greeted by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and President Isaac Herzog.

A red carpet has been rolled out on the tarmac, and cordons of Israeli troops were lined up for a welcome ceremony.

Netanyahu was riding along with Trump in the presidential limousine to the Knesset building in Jerusalem. The two men had about 40 minutes alone to discuss the discrepancy.

Trump was welcomed into the Knesset by the body’s speaker, and sat down to write a message into a guest book. Later, Trump made a speech to the Knesset.
