A driver of a 'Lada Priora' with Kabardino-Balkarian plate numbers has been announced wanted in Moscow. It is reported that the driver started shooting from a pistol on the Moscow Ring Road, and then fled.
"During the conflict, an unidentified individual shot a few times from a 'Lada Priora' with state numbers of Kabardino-Balkarian Republic and disappeared," TASS quoted the source in law enforcement bodies as saying.
