The Georgian Interior Ministry has destroyed narcotic and psychotropic drugs worth 9 million GEL ($3 million), confiscated during the investigation of 765 different cases around the country, the ministry reported.
The drugs which were burnt in a high-temperature furnace included: 5.2 kg of heroin, 1.3 kg of cocaine, 4,222 pills of subutex, 676 capsules and 896 pills of tramadole, 579 pills and 58.3 gr of methadon, 338 pills and 21.9 gr of codeine, 996 pills of amphetamine, 8,678 capsules and 198 pills of pregabalin and 33.7 gr of morphine, Agenda.ge reported.
