27-year-old resident of Chechnya drowned in Sochi during a storm. The tragedy occurred at "Primorsky" beach, press service of Krasnodar region's Emergency Ministry reported.
According to the report, drunk young man went to the sea and no one saw him after that.
Later rescuers found his body in the water. It was established that he was a resident of Chechnya.
