Drunken thief caught red-handed in Turkestan region

A resident of the Turkestan region was detained red-handed while trying to finish his business being intoxicated, Polisia.kz reports.

The call was received by the police yesterday. The caller said that an unknown man was taking a TV set with a tuner out of his house. The law enforcement officers went to the scene, where they detained the drunken burglar.
