Due to bad weather the Kaluga and Bryansk regions have been left without electricity. It was announced that 39 regions remain without electricity, affecting 75.5 thousand people.
"Information was received at about 19:00 MSK that transmission lines broke after an atmospheric front accompanied by strong winds of up to 19 m/s,’’ the regional Ministry of Emergency Situations reports.
