A Dutch tourist has reached Azerbaijan on foot. It is reported that he got the idea to walk to Azerbaijan in Istanbul, from where he began his journey. The Dutchman walked 30-40 km per day, sleeping in a tent or a hotel, spending about $700 on the journey over a month.
"Although walking is good, sometimes I encounter difficulties. I am getting bored walking on long deserted roads,’’ he said.
