Dvorkovich names conditions for resumption of charter flights to Turkey

On Monday, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich explained why the final decision on the resumption of charter flights to Turkey wasn't made yet. He noted that Russia is waiting for Turkey’s official confirmation of security guarantees.

"It is understandable that nothing is guaranteed in this world, but they must at least give such guarantees, and it will be enough to resume flights," he explained.
