Russian Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich said that an average annual oil price of $20-25 per barrel is unrealistic, so it may rise soon.
In addition, he noted that the Russian oil market is capable of adjusting production and investment levels on its own, so Russia will not deliberately slash oil production. Such decisions will only be made by private companies, TASS reports.
