EMERCOM finds tourists from North Ossetia on Elbrus

Emergency rescuers have found tourists from Vladikavkaz, who lost their way this morning on the slopes of Elbrus. This statement was made the deputy chief of the Elbrus alpine search and rescue team (EVPSO) of the EMERCOM of Russia, Albert Hadziev.

‘‘Employees of EVPSO found two tourists from Vladikavkaz, who went missing on Sunday on the slopes of Mount Elbrus at an altitude of about 4.8 thousand meters above sea level. They are alive. Now they are in the Shelter of Mary,’’ he noted.
